The problems that can be treated by psychotherapy and, more specifically, hypnosis are diverse. Usually associated with changing habits (weight loss, quitting smoking, etc.), many life areas can be improved by hypnosis. Hypnosis brings the receptivity necessary to promote the person's attitude toward change. The most important and determining factor in the eventual success of therapy is the genuine will to recover.
During counselling sessions, you can develop and reinforce methods to clarify your thoughts and emotions and implement strategies to improve your well-being.

Disgusting yourself with tobacco or alcohol is not enough and satisfying. This does not solve the underlying problem. Being disgusted by cigarettes or drinking will leave you with huge frustration; the craving will always be there, and you will surely find another substitute addiction, such as e-cigarettes or sweets, ...
We will work on your goal: do you want to stop consumption completely or only reduce it? We'll look for the reasons why you're continuing. They can be diverse: linked to a specific context (e.g. breaks at the office), behavioural (what makes the product or habit sometimes become a reflex?) or even identity. We will question a crucial subject: What disadvantages and advantages do you associate with consumption? Cigarette break at work? After-work parties? Triggers and habits?
Hypnosis allows you to work on the unconscious, where the reasons that prevent you from quitting are. Becoming aware of motivations will enable you to change your relationship with the product and develop better ways of managing your problems: anxiety, stress, self-esteem, self-confidence, and sleep.

YES! And for all the issues dealt with face-to-face: anxiety, sleep disorders, emotions, stress, addictions... Online hypnosis is just as effective. The hypnotic state is attained through discourse and exchange. It is the voice of the therapist that soothes and questions. You remain in control of your experience, and the fact that it reaches you through a speaker will not alter the result.
Some people prefer online consultations. Because the state of hypnosis may be easier to achieve in a place you know and prefer where you feel reassured.
On the other hand, having a good internet connection, a clear camera image, headphones and a working microphone is essential. The camera allows me to adapt my speech to your breathing and identify signs of relaxation on your face.

You might think hypnosis is about mind control because one of the most visible parts of hypnosis is Show hypnosis. People will see participants doing whatever is asked of them. This concern is unjustified because hypnotherapy clients can react and make choices, even in a trance. Stage hypnosis is a show with selected participants, and various factors, such as social pressure, increase the effectiveness of the process. Somehow, they want to do the chicken. You can't be forced to do something against your will.
Clinical hypnosis does not select participants and does not play with external factors such as social pressure. It aims to improve people's lives.

You may think, at first, that you can't be hypnotised, you have a strong will, and you will not be duped by a guru. It comes from the ideas around traditional scripted hypnosis and how it has been shown to the public. Modern tailor-made hypnosis doesn't tell you what to do and doesn't take control. I will offer suggestions and possibilities, and you will choose what you want to take away from the session.

ABSOLUTELY. Your session and your personal data are confidential. Any communication is protected by law. You can access my notes anytime; your written consent is required for any information to be shared with third parties. The only time privilege can be broken is when a person is a danger to themselves or others or when a child or elder may be abused or neglected.

The number of visits you'll need to "solve" your problem is unique and depends on various factors such as the concern itself, your social support, your availability… At the end of the first session, I will give you an idea of the number of sessions necessary for your success. My intention is to provide what you need to succeed on your own. For most people with a problem, 3 to 4 sessions are enough. For some, a single session is enough to bring about the desired change. I'm looking for efficiency. You may have spent years with a problem, and I want you to feel better from the start to be motivated to go through the process.
